Candy Kittens Event At Harvey Nichols

Meet Made In Chelsea’s Jamie Laing
Tuesday 26th February 2013
4pm to 6pm

You’ve seen the idea develop on the small screen, now meet Made In Chelsea’s very own Willy Wonka, Jamie Laing, signing his Candy Kitten sweets range, available exclusively at Harvey Nichols.

Jamie Laing has had a lifelong dream of creating a sexy sweet shop as seen on the small screen, and his ideas have now been brought to life with a brand new range of fun and delicious candies and accessories.

The Candy Kittens range includes a variety of scrumptious sweets such as strawberry Cut Rock Cubes presented in retro Kilner jars and sour watermelon Mini Square Lollipops. Why not try a trio of Candy Canes or fun lollipops featuring some of Jamie’s popular catchphrases.

The Candy Kittens Pink Gift Box offers a great selection of the Candy Kittens range including a Candy Kittens pencil case, key ring, limited edition tote bag, large Candy Kittens lollipop, a trio of candy canes and a bag of Cut Rock Cubes, priced at £25.

Or why not treat yourself or a friend with the ultimate collection; the Candy Kittens Gold Gift Box where you’ll receive a Candy Kittens pencil case, pencil set, notebook, key ring, three large lollipops (CK, YEA BOI, and PARDY), a trio of candy canes, a bag of Cut Rock Cubes and a Candy Kittens tote bag; all for £40. As an extra special treat, in 20 of the Candy Kittens Gold Gift boxes Jamie has hidden a Candy Kittens bracelet, worth £32.50.

After finishing school, Jamie Laing decided to take a year out and travel around South America and USA. This is where the idea of Candy Kittens was born. After visiting a sweet shop in New York, Jamie knew this is what he wanted to do.

“I wanted to have beautiful, sexy, fun, flirty girls alongside the sweets,” smiles Jamie.

Whilst other young boys dreamt of becoming a footballer or film star Jamie always had dreams of running his own business. He has a passion and love for all things sweet and now wants to add his own flair to the confectionery industry that has been a large part of his family history.
Jamie is heir to the McVitie's fortune and his ancestors are credited with creating the Jaffa Cake, Digestive and Rich Tea Biscuit.

Candy Kittens is Jamie’s first business. He has worked hard to make his sweet dream come true and hopes you all enjoy sharing it with him at……
