The stunning array of meals include ceviche of lemon sole with avocado purée; roast hake fillet with glazed salsify, samphire, fennel velouté and Scottish cockles, to be followed with an indulgent vanilla custard and all butter shortbread sandwich with cinnamon ice cream and cider caramel apples.
