Harvey Nichols Cocktail of the Month: July
The Cocktail of the Month for July reflects the latest installation at the Harvey Nichols London Flagship store, the stunning Courvoisier Terrace.
Made with Courvoisier Exclusif, the winning cocktail ‘Imperial Infusion’ was designed by our Edinburgh Bar Team and is a delicious combination of beautiful bitter flavours that leave the taste buds craving more.
Whilst perhaps not so pleasing on the eye, this Courvoisier based cocktail is undoubtedly one of the finest combinations, truly thirst-quenching and a refreshing alternative to the flowery and fruity summer offerings.
So be sure to visit the Harvey Nichols 4th Floor Bar this July, and sip something a little different this summer.

Why not mix one up at home?

-35ml Courvoisier Exclusif
-2 level bar spoons Agave syrup
-15ml Bitter Truth Apricot Liqueur
-10ml Lemon Juice
-Peach Bitters

Place agave syrup and bitters into a rocks glass with the lemon juice and dissolve by stirring with a few cubes of ice. Add the cognac and liqueur a bit at a time and stir with a couple of ice cubes. Finish off (as you would with an Old Fashioned) with an orange twist garnish.

Imperial Infusion is available in all Harvey Nichols Bars from 1 July and Courvoisier Exclusif available from their Wine Shops.
