A Taste of Harvey Nichols
The VQ’s Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Cafe is excited to launch A Taste of Harvey Nichols.
Inviting you to learn how to make two dishes from Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor menu for £10, which is then redeemable off your bill if you choose to dine at Harvey Nichols afterwards. The Master Classes are taught first hand by Harvey Nichols’ new Head Chef Paul Cunliffe, who always aims to surprise taste buds and deliver fantastic fresh and simple ingredients in tasty and exciting new ways.
For Harvey Nichols’ January Master Class, Paul prepared and cooked roast saddle of lamb, pomme dauphine, cauliflower puree, roast grelot onions, black pudding fritter and seasonal greens. For dessert, a delicous pear tarte tatin, maple syrup ice cream and pear textures.
The Harvey Nichols’ Master class is from 6.30pm until 8.30pm and includes a devised menu for you to follow and take home so that you can give it a go in the comfort of your own kitchen.
