Wednesday 20th June - 7pm - Mr Trotter Pork Crackling Event
The Harvey Nichols Fourth Floor Café welcomes acclaimed food writers Tom Parker Bowles and Matthew Fort for a delicious yet informative evening to celebrate the launch of Mr Trotter’s Pork Crackling.
HN’s Head Chef Paul Cunliffe has designed a menu where each extraordinary dish features the much loved snack.
The evening includes a three-course menu with matched beers for £30 per person.
The Fourth Floor Café Mr Trotter’s menu:
Potted ham with piccalilli, crackling and toasted sourdough (Ilkley Brewery, Pale Ale)
Grilled Black pudding, crisp smoked bacon, poached duck egg and mustard cream (Ilkley Brewery, Mary Jane)
Slow braised pigs cheek, crispy ears, apple gel, roast hazelnuts and goats cheese bonbon (Ilkley Brewery, Best)
Yorkshire sausage with a Stout Mary sauce mustard and herb pomme puree and crispy onions (Ilkley Brewery, Stout Mary)
Crispy belly pork on a potato rosti, sweet red cabbage and glazed asparagus (Ilkley Brewery, Lotus IPA)
Pork fillet wellington with bubble and squeak cake, spinach, baby turnips cider sauce (Ilkley Brewery, Gold)
Maple and bacon doughnut with cinnamon ice cream and honeycomb
Pork filo mille feuille with green apple sorbet, port and vanilla roasted fruits
Bacon Brownies with yogurt pannacotta and smoked salt popcorn and malt foam
Candied sweetcure bacon fudge and coffee
